1. When I first installed BZ I got an error mesage on reboot that the Recylce Bin was corrupt and did I want to empty it. I answered 'yes' and did so each time it happened, probably 3-4. I'm concered that this is indicative of a larger problem. Any ideas?
2. Also when IE8 is running BZ shows two (2) IE icons as programs running in Buffer Zone. Why is this? If I terminate either IE shuts down. Again, can you explain what's happening?

We have not been able to reproduce a similar behavior with the Recycle Bin.
Which Windows and Service Pack are you using? After you confirmed the deletion few times - did you see the message disappear?

In regards to Internet Explorer 8 - This is IE8 standard behavior.
You can see that if you launch IE outside of BufferZone, you will also see 2 iexplore.exe processes running.

Are you experiencing that IE 8 takes FOREVER, it seems to open?? Honestly like a minute maybe less...Any heads up on that??

Do you see IE8 eventually open (after a long time) - or totally hangs and never loads?
Do you see the long load time when you just launch IE, or when you press on a link from Outlook, Excel etc?

If you Empty BufferZone - (ensure you do not have any important documents stored in it) - does the issue persists?

Which type of Antivirus/firewall are you using in conjunction with BufferZone?

A: It loads after about 1 minute maybe longer. I know that it has always loaded duplicate IE icons, but that is common for IE even in the processes list, on our own personal PC's..

A: Just when I launch IE.. Actually it is working surprisingly well with ALL of my programs on this version of Windows 7..VERY impressed. This software gave a similar problem with IE 8.on my wife's PC on vista.
.I have ALOT of programs on my computer, as I am an internet marketer and own numerous websites, thus the reason for so many programs. I'm Not much a fan, of microsoft products, so I have programs such as open office, and many submission related programs...

Which type of Antivirus / firewall are you using in conjunction with BufferZone?

A: I ONLY run BufferZone buddy, nothing else...I LOVE this program, I mean a TOTALLY ingenious idea

Can't wait to see some type of resolution..I also do P.C. repair, and have been watching your software, and decided to buy..I used to install the best free antivirus on people's P.C's. ( Avast ) But they have screwed it up now, and will be looking to promote this, if the bugs get all worked out..Really, you guys could go HUGE with this program..
