Is BufferZone Really Safe?

I have a question about BZ when I am using Chrome in BZ and GAE proxy outside BZ at the same time. Though I run GAE outside of BZ, GAE can still get which websites that Chrome visits. So does this mean the process in the BZ can influence the process outside of it? If so, is BZ really safe?
