windows 7 64

Hey to ALL,

I installed BZ on my PC windows 7 32 another day and seemed to work fine up to now.
HOWEVER, in this morning I tried twice to install on my desktop PC with windows 7 64 and failed.
A bit of search on the internet revealed that BZ is compatible with windows 7 64 since last year.
Can anyone tell me why it didn't work on my PC with windows 7 64? I had no anti-virus interfering.

WHY can't even the moderator answer me? It's now what, about 48 hours or so since I posted?
Anybody up there who cares even to a little bit?
For sure many have come across to this same problem who know the answer.
I will be waiting .... but not forever.
