Problems after installing BufferZone Pro

After installing BufferZone Pro I am experiencing multiple problems. First I cannot access the internet any longer. I have a connection with my router but cannot connect (using Mozilla Firefox or IE). The other laptops in our house (3) still work fine. I tried rebooting several times and now I do not get the BufferZone Pro icon in the system tray anymore. I thought maybe it was due to a bad install so i attempted to uninstall BufferZone Pro but it will not allow me to access any of the features in the Control Panel, when I click on the icons nothing happens. I then tried to go into System Recovery but the same results, when I attempt to click on nothing happens. I went to another laptop, downloaded BufferZone Pro to a thumb drive and attempted to reinstall it on the problem laptop but BufferZone blocks it-so it is working but I cannot access it any longer. I can see multiple files in C:\Documents and Settings but they all are unaccessable-BufferZone Pro won't allow me to open them any longer. Any suggestions?

Hi

It might be a compatibility issue with one of the other apps you have on the PC.
Which other security application are you using?

I am using Avast Antivirus, and Win Patrol. I tried turning both of those off but nothing changed. I am running Windows XP-SP3. I was able to get the BuggerZone Pro icon back on the system tray after rebooting several times today and then going to the original install file and clicking on Repair. When I go to the Help Icon I still cannot get any results when I try to click on: User Guide, Website, Support, Community, or BufferZone Tutorial. None of the boxes are checked under the Configuration Settings (Password, BufferZone). None of the boxes in Misc. are checked. Nothing checked in the Advanced Policy section either. Under the policy tab I moved the sliders all the way to the bottom-No protection.
I still cannot access the Internet or get any of the Control Panel Icons to open. It won't even let me click on any of the games.
I tried right-clicking on the Bufferzone Icon and clicking on Unload but still the same results.

Is there anyway you can send me copies of BufferZone Pro "Users Guide" and "BufferZone Tutorial" since I still cannot access them? If I had the guide and tutorial at least maybe I could try to use/setup correctly BufferZone Pro and at least hopefully be able to use my laptop.

Still trying to get BufferZone working. When I try to access the Internet outside of BufferZone and when I Unload BufferZone I get the following popup msg:

"Error starting C:\Programs and Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe with modified Trust (can't launch program)."

When I try to right click on the Firefox icon on the desktop and click on Bufferzone it indicates "Forbidden deny all access"

I am at a loss, how to I access the internet? I would still like to have you send me the user guide or some information to help me try to figure out what is wrong.
