No internet access

Upgraded to the latest 4.1 version. IE and FF Can't access the Internet. As I run problem solver it tells me that they could be block by my fire wall. I uninstalled the upgrade and revert to the precious version and everything works fine. I installed the upgrade again with the same result so I'm back to using 4.0 version. Is there anything I need to do to make the upgrade work correctly. I'm using Vista Ultimate, X64,950 I7, Norton Int. Sec. any help will be appreciated.

We identified a possible compatibility issue that may cause a similar situation.
We are currently working on a fix, and will post it as soon as it is available
