Israel Baharav
CEO & Board Member
Israel Baharav has significant and broad experience managing young, advanced technology companies. He was executive chairman of Idanit, now called Scitex Vision, and later of Objet. He was also closely involved with two other high technology startups, Healinxs and Optonics; was founder and president of BI-101, an international consulting company; and is Managing Director of STEP Inc. in Israel. Israel Baharav served in the Israel Air Force (IAF), where he attained the rank of Brigadier General. He has held top-level executive and operational roles in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), including Head of Air Force Intelligence, Head of Air Force Operational Requirements, and Head of IDF Strategic Planning. As a fighter pilot and commanding officer, he took part in and led hundreds of operational sorties, and is credited with shooting down a total of twelve MiG-21 aircraft in aerial combat, more than any other pilot in the world. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal by the President of Israel.

Arie Danon

Arie Danon, formally Regional Director Southern Mediterranean countries for Symantec, which includes 5 countries (Israel, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and Malta) with 3 local offices. Arie managed a team of 40 sales, presales and marketing people and was responsible for growing Symantec’s market share and revenue in the region. During his 8 years of leadership for Symantec Southern Mediterranean, the region showed continuous achievements in all Symantec’s business, including a significant increase of more than 1200% in the region’s revenue, growing Symantec’s list of clients in the enterprise business. Prior to joining Symantec, Arie worked in PF1 Systems, a large distributor & software house, as the Manager of Post-Sales & pre-sales department. Before PF1 he worked at the Israeli Aircraft Industry (IAI) in several positions. Arie brings with him 25 years of experience in the IT and security business. Arie has an MBA degree in Business Administration, majoring in Information Systems, from the faculty of management - The Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University.

Bulletin, Black Hat Europe, MISC, NetFocus, and JSSI, as well as IT security training at the European Commission. He also heads the Windows security program at EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, in Paris.

Ofir Baharav

Ofir Baharav formerly Senior Vice President, Products for Credence ($450M CMOS). In this role he helped strategically focus the company's R&D, increasing R&D yield while reducing costs and growing sales. Prior to being the SVP of Products, Ofir served as the VP of the Diagnostics & Characterization Group (DCG). In this role Ofir helped double sales every year for 4 years in a row while maintaining double digit profitability helping grow DCG from $0 to $60M in sales. Prior to Credence Ofir founded and led Relayhealth a medical informatics company raising $26M in funding. Relayhealth was later sold to Mckesson and is to date a model company in its segment. Earlier, Ofir was involved in the founding and strategy of a few other high-tech startups. Ofir Holds and MBA from the
